This library is dedicated to people who did not believe me that there was something lurking up above higher than the clouds. A secret society of terrorism would exist, but who would imagine that someone evil had the power to steal gods creation and alter the lives of human beings and animals with an invisible weapon? This library is going to educate and give you tools to better understand Havana Syndrome the seventy two year silent war. Who has the power to stalked or hunt down a U.S Spy in foreign lands and back in the United States? What kind of weapon, aircraft, satellite weapon would roam into foreign enemies territory and then back into the United States without getting caught stalking a federal official and its family members? What type of organization would violate the laws of separation of powers and allow the black listing of Americans only to be spied on tracked, targeted and tortured to manipulate the stock markets and allow the involuntary servitude of Americans? 

In 1993 George A Benavides enlisted in the military but did not know what was in store for him. There was a shadow of a government and private corporations that soon would be accompany him while enlisted in the armed forces and they were watching the big picture. Why would a government and military coerce a family member to negotiate a contract to spy on his or hers son or daughter while serving in the armed forces if the son or daughter is over the age to negotiate their own contracts? When does the spying, tracking and torture stop? When the person being spied files a lawsuit or when the federal government tries to liquidate the people invested in the spying devices used on the person? Why wasn't all veterans treated the same way George is being treated? Did they offer the same military contracts to all veterans and family members serving with him? These questions have to be answered because the federal government and its agencies are trying to find a defense to their criminal act of espionage. This is based on a true story.

    During a routine dental procedure in 1994 turned out to be an illegal act of spying, tracking and torture conducted by the US Navy and US Department of Defense while he served in the United States Marines. It was during this time that this spying devices they used to track George's thoughts would allow the secret society or shadow government to understand what George was thinking and doing while serving in the armed forces. This began a case of E.S.P/ Extra sensory perception were the government gave George qualified immunity for spying on him.  They are using his eyes and mind to infiltrate people he comes in contact with or who he dreams about while sleeping. 

"FAIR WARNING"

    After George was honorably discharged from the military in 1998, he attempted to stop the illegal, spying, tracking and torture done to him and his family before the United States Department of Veterans Affairs diagnosed him with schizophrenia delusional. George's legal actions would show that the federal government's and its officials neglected to assist George into stopping the illegal spying and torture programs he was put through while serving in the military and still to this current date. 

THE EXISTENCE OF THE SILENT WEAPON AND SPYING BEFORE HIS ENLISTMENT IN THE MILITARY. 

• 1950-1970- United States Secret Service and Dept of State investigated silent weapons deployed against Americans. ( Moscow Signal Diplomacy)
• 1972- The United States Navy was aware of these silent weapons being deployed and still neglected to investigate Georges complaint, after he was used as a Nonconsenual test subject and was asked by two congressmen to investigate. 
• March 1975- United States Veterans Affairs was identified as knowing that these silent weapons were used for behavioral control, American Psychologists, Journal of the American Psychological Association, Volume 30 March 1975 Number 3.
• October 3, 1995- President Bill Clinton made a promise to the American people that there not have to be another committee charged with investigating allegations of abuses of human test subjects. Note: I was serving during President Bill Clinton's era. See Video Marker 7:27. Why was I used a Nonconsenual test subject and why didn't it stop?

THE QUESTION FOR JUSTICE 

• May 12, 2000- Benavides v. US Navy and US Veterans Affairs, Lawsuit Filed. Why didn't the judge stop the illegal act of spying and torture or espionage, instead they coerced my family into this illegal program. Why, if I joined the military not my family? I was over the age of eighteen to negotiate my contracts. Why didn't the federal government asked me to spy on me for the rest of my life?
• October 2, 2001- United States Congressman Dennis Kucinich attempted four times to give equal of protection of the law to Americans but was denied. Why? Note: His bill is evidence that I was being targeted and tortured by a silent weapons. 
• April 15, 2005- Letter to the American Civil Liberties Union seeking legal assistance. 
• April 18, 2005- United States Department of Veterans Affairs diagnosed me schizophrenic delusional, but the medical journal states DVA knew about silent weapons. 
• May 6, 2005- American Civil Liberties Union Letter of Denial. 
• June 14, 2005- Memo to the American Civil Liberties Foundation Inc. 
• June 29, 2005- Letter LULAC/League of United Latin American Citizens. 
• January 31, 2006- Memo to United States Senator, John Cornyn asking for investigation. 
• March 6, 2007- After being denied due process of the law by the federal court, George made contact with the FBI Special Agent Gary Simons and asked him to investigate the illegal spying and microchipping and he was denied legal assistance again. Why didn't it stop, if according to history the FBI knew or should of known that these silent weapons and spying has been deployed against Americans for along time? 
• October 2, 2009- United States Congressman Charles A  Gonzalez was asked to submit a congressional inquiry into the illegal spying or microchipping and he was blocked from cutting the red tape. Why? 
• February 28, 2011- March 1, 2011- President Barack Obama took testimony of over three hundred Americans being illegally spied on, tracked and tortured with invisible weapon. Video Footage of Meeting. 
• March 1, 2011- The Testimony of Dr John Hall, Anesthesiologist from San Antonio Texas confirms that George was being illegally spied on, tracked and tortured in San Antonio Texas. See Video at Marker 6:57, Transcript. 
• April 3, 2011- George asked President Barack Obama to investigate and stop the illegal spying, tracking and torture done to him and he was denied legal assistance. Why? 
• April 25, 2011- President Joe Biden or Senator Joe Biden had enjoyed watching George being a microchipped or implanted victim while serving in the armed forces and still today, that he convinced US Supreme Court justices to be bias with the microchip or implant cases. ( They continued to spy on George because they enjoyed stealing his thoughts and ideas that did not want to stop this because he had another case of E.S.P/Extra sensory perception given him hidden qualified immunity for the criminal action of espionage).
• January 27, 2013- Letter to United States Attorney General, Eric Holder asking for investigation. 
• May 15, 2013- Memo to United States Senator Diane Feinstein asking for investigation. 
• July 27, 2015- Former CIA Operative and US Congressman Will Hurd was asked to submit a congressional inquiry into the illegal spying, tracking and torture or microchipping. Why couldn't he stop the crimes done to me?
•  October 15, 2020- Benavides v. Barr et al., took his case all the way to the US Supreme Court hoping the case would be chosen to take precedent for all other cases because it involved the act of illegal spying, tracking and torture and breech of contract or coercion/duress. Why was he denied due process by the highest courts, if Americans are being effected by this illegal phenomenon we call today Havana Syndrome aka anomalous health incidents?

THE MAGIC MAN

    George is in a fight of his life as the federal government has made him a human antenna with implants and microchips broadcasting his life to society, government and foreign countries to be hunted down by a coup of satellite weapons, drones and electronic warfare. The federal government has sold his mind to private corporations such as Elon Musk to be watched by neuralink and other facial recognition and A.I companies. They have stole his mind without compensation. Why, when the federal government created this crime of espionage. The reason why the federal government, senate and congress won't stop this, is because George was given more power than TV or music stations as he plays and broadcasts his favorite music in which the federal government enjoys. The most important part is that he plays Mexican music in which the senate and congress hispanic members enjoy which is the reason why they don't want to shut down this illegal spying program.
